• Web-based service providing telemarketing companies with access to the national and their internal do-not-call lists, including automatic daily processing of national list updates.
• Web-based real estate listing service, including automated processing of board updates.
• Web interfaces between browser-based applications (e.g., JavaScript, Flash) and server-based applications and databases.
• Internet-based inventory, quote and order system for a telecommunications equipment provider.
• Transition of the systems of a major financial service provider from a large-scale mainframe environment to a distributed Linux complex capable of handling hundreds of thousands of transactions per second.
• Ported and enhanced a B-Tree database system designed for single-user mainframe access and created by Celestine to a UNIX/Linux-based multi-user, multi-process, high-performance system capable of processing updates and queries in real-time on large databases.
• FTP client and server applications in a customized mainframe environment for accessing standard systems elsewhere in the enterprise.
• Extensive order-entry system for a financial services company, permitting automation of most order processing through integration with their accounting system; the project received an award for outstanding contribution.
• Inventory control system, including electronic entry of orders, generation of purchase orders and integration with an existing accounting system.
• Telecommunications billing system, integrated with client's accounting system.
